1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bd899", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bd899 platform, its operators, and its affiliated service providers.
• "Platform" refers to the bd899 website accessible at bd899.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bd899 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to all products available on bd899, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by bd899 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one Account on the bd899 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd899 may merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or bonuses held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials at all times. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not include any Bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT per request.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals requested outside of standard hours may take up to 24 hours to process.

4.4 Currency

All accounts are denominated in either BDT or INR as selected at registration. bd899 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees, but exchange rates applied to cross-currency transactions are set by bd899 and may differ from interbank rates. Players are advised to verify the applicable rate within their Account settings before initiating cross-currency transfers.

4.5 Inactive Account Policy

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. bd899 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 BDT (or the INR equivalent) to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by bd899 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino, table games, and fishing games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bd899 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and placing bets with abnormally low variance solely to fulfil wagering requirements. bd899 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus funds if abuse is detected.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bd899 sportsbook are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. bd899 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in Section 6.3.

6.2 Odds & Markets

Odds displayed on the bd899 Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and the odds displayed on screen may differ from the odds at which your bet is ultimately accepted due to network latency.

6.3 Void Bets

bd899 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The event or market is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared.
• The bet was placed based on manifestly incorrect odds caused by a system error or data feed failure.
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption relating to the event is reported by a recognised sports integrity body.
• The Player was ineligible to place the bet under these Terms at the time of placement.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

The maximum payout per single bet slip is ৳5,000,000 BDT (or INR equivalent) unless a lower limit is specified for a particular market. Winnings in excess of this cap will be adjusted to the maximum payout limit without further notice.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on bd899 — including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games — are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical equipment monitored by an independent testing laboratory.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are associated with fraudulent activity.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd899 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bd899

bd899 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred, or if we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

9.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your bd899 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

bd899 offers voluntary self-exclusion as part of our responsible gaming programme. Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. 11 Intellectual Property

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Inaccuracies in sports data feeds, scores, or statistics provided by third-party data suppliers.

bd899's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bd899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
